Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

Jaded Club is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items.

To qualify for a full refund, returned items must:

Be unworn and unused.
Be returned in their original condition.
Be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered are not eligible for a refund.
